South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson talks about a Massachusetts middle schooler who was censored and punished by his school for wearing a t-shirt that read “There are only two genders.” “They are actually endorsing a point of view and they’re trying to silence and censor another point of view that the school doesn’t agree with,” says Wilson. “And that’s a violation of the constitutional rights of students to speak their mind.”
