James Bacon, former deputy director of Presidential Personnel in the Trump administration, tells Natalie Winters that the REAL Deep State is composed of about 20,000 to 50,000 bureaucrats who truly control the levers of power at federal agencies. Right now the president cannot fire 99.8 percent of the federal workforce (about 2.25 million people). President Trump wants to fire bureaucrats who obstruct the president's policies.
