Family Diversion Tactic Caught on Border
Custom and Border Protection (CBP) footage reveals what they say is a “National Emergency” at the border, in proving the use of a family diversion tactic frequently used. Four subjects are seen running across the border while family units surrender a short distance away to create a diversion for law enforcement personnel.
