Mitt Romney said Roy Moore is “unfit for office” amid allegations that the Alabama GOP Senate candidate sexually advanced on four women when they were teenagers and he was in his 30s.

“Innocent until proven guilty is for criminal convictions, not elections,” the 2012 GOP presidential nominee tweeted Friday.

“I believe Leigh Corfman,” Romney added, referencing a woman who alleged that Moore initiated a sexual encounter with her in 1979 when she was 14 and he was 32.
