To recap, CNN aired the tape last night of Trump and Cohen during the campaign talking about a payment to purchase the rights to Karen McDougal‘s story. (McDougal is the former Playboy model who alleged Trump had an affair with her.)
Cohen lawyer Lanny Davis says the tape clearly shows Trump talking about paying with cash, but Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani says he was telling Cohen not to use cash.
