"In the FBI operations plan, they give guidance on the use of deadly force at Mar-A-Lago," Kelly told Steve Bannon. "In addition to that, they discussed these 30 agents, who were armed. They had weapons. They had ammo. They had handcuffs. They talked about what would happen if Donald Trump showed up during this raid."
