East Palestine resident and business owner DJ Yokley joins Dr. Gina to talk about Norfolk Southern agreeing to settle a class-action lawsuit over the Feb. 2023 toxic train derailment: “$600 million dollars, yes it looks good on paper. But when you break it down, this is an accumulation of everything that they’ve ‘given’ so far to East Palestine and provided to East Palestine. And then you take 30 to 40% off the top for the legal fees and the lawyers. What do you have left for East Palestine and the people that are really hurting in this situation?”
