But when you break it down, this is an accumulation of everything that they’ve ‘given’ so far to East Palestine and provided to East Palestine. And then you take 30 to 40% off the top for the legal fees and the lawyers. What do you have left for East Palestine and the people that are really hurting in this situation?”
