Former federal prosecutor Kash Patel says high-level government officials constantly receive defense briefings from the FBI and the intelligence community, especially when it has to do with family members. “We should, and Congress should, go out and get those defensive briefings. If they gave them to Joe Biden, then Congress is entitled to them for Oversight purposes,” he says.
