Could the U.S. Supreme Court Soon Involve itself in President Trump's Case?
In the case of President Trump, Dhillon Law Group Managing Partner Harmeet K. Dhillon said it's possible — but extremely rare — for the U.S. Supreme Court to skip the usual appeals process. "All of the appeals to the Supreme Court are discretionary," Dhillon said "The court usually doesn't like taking cases that don't have a fully baked appellate record."
