Contempt and Disrespect from Chuck Schumer
Former Israeli Ambassador to the U.S. Michael Oren condemns Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer’s (D-NY) contempt toward Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his call for Israel to hold elections. “Israel is one of a handful of countries in the world that’s never known a second of non-Democratic governance. It’s amazing, it’s one of our crowning achievements. Especially given the fact that Israel’s the only country on that list that’s never known a second of peace. As a result, our Democratic system deserves a tremendous amount of respect.," says Oren.
