In rural Pennsylvania, the small city of Hazleton has come out of a "transformative decade," the former police chief says. In the early 2000s, a wave of immigrants and first generation Americans moved to the area, seeking jobs and a better way of life. In the 2016 election, Donald Trump narrowly edged out Hilary Clinton.
