Cases that Generally Are Not Prosecuted

Harvard Law Professor Emeritus Alan Dershowitz says both Hunter Biden and former President Donald Trump wouldn't have faced prosecution if not for their names. “Look, we now have a tie. We have Trump prosecuted and convicted, we have Biden prosecuted and convicted. We have Trump impeached, we have Mayorkas impeached. Let’s call a ceasefire. Let’s stop using the criminal justice system as a weapon,” he says.
