U.S. Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) says Congress needs to prioritize border security first before sending any further aid to Ukraine. “When you hear law enforcement and intel experts say it is not a question of if we have an attack, it's a question of when and where we have an attack—that is something that we should put at the top of our to do list and not push it aside,” says Sen. Blackburn.
