Building Collapse in North India Kills at Least 12
Eleven soldiers were among a dozen bodies recovered from the debris of a three-story building that collapsed after monsoon rains hit a hilly area of northern India on Sunday evening.
Rescuers were still looking for more people feared trapped under the debris of what used to be a roadside eatery in Solan, a town in Himachal Pradesh state.
