Bud Cummins will continue to seek justice for Arkansas airport administrator killed during ATF raid
Former U.S. attorney Bud Cummins, who represents the family of Brian Malinowski who was killed by ATF agents during a raid on his home, says the Arkansas State Legislature is actively involved in seeking information about the raid. An Arkansas prosecuting attorney announced last Friday that he would not bring charges against the ATF agent who killed Malinowski.
