Former Acting Secretary of Veteran Affairs Peter O’Rourke addresses the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs newly launched electronic health records platform that created errors in medical and prescription data. O’Rourke says the VA needs to step back and assess whether this new program is really helping veterans or if it needs a “fresh start.”
