Andrew Giuliani, former special assistant to the president, says Judge Merchan’s gag order on President Donald Trump is completely unconstitutional. Giuliani also raises concern with the rushed jury selection process: “We thought this was going to be a three, maybe four-week process. And it seems like you’re going to have all 12 plus six alternate jurors seated by the end of today.”
