"One would hope that this amicus brief is saying that the January 6 committee wasn't actually constitutional because it didn't meet the requirements for a select committee," Bannon said. "One would hope that the appellate court would see that and his conviction would be overturned on appeal at that level. Given what has happened thus far, we will have to wait and see."
