Former deputy national security advisor Victoria Coates calls the $95 billion for Ukraine a Democrat bill that was facilitated by the Republican speaker. "All of that is just additional debt. We are saddling our kids and our grandkids with the Ukraine war," Coates said. "I don't think Russia is 100 feet high, nor do I think they are inevitable. I don't object to some assistance to Ukraine but not to this scale."
