Joe Biden didn't speak much about LGBTQ issues during Thursday's State of the Union address. American Principles Project President Terry Schilling tells Natalie Winters that that was on purpose. "Biden didn't talk about giving gender modification and mutilation surgeries to minors," Schilling said. "He didn't talk about giving them puberty blockers. These are things that are very unpopular. If it was popular then he would have spent a lot more time digging into it and articulating it."
