Ambassador nominee wants to ‘keep the pressure on’ Russia
The man likely to become the United States’ next ambassador to the Russian Federation told Senate lawmakers Tuesday he want’s to “keep the pressure on” and find a way to deescalate the crisis in Ukraine.
