Alejandro Mayorkas Omits Critical Data Points
U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas knowingly misled Congress. When asked for examples, former Border Patrol Chief Rodney Scott said Mayorkas referred to illegals coming across the border as "asylum seekers." There were other instances. "I actually gave the secretary, in an email, a good description of how the cartels use illegal aliens to shape the border and then create gaps and bring over whatever they want," Scott said. "It was after that that he told Congress he was unaware of that tactic at all."
