Center for Immigration Studies National Security Fellow Todd Bensman tells Natalie Winters about a Muslim-migrant shelter in Mexico, near the U.S. border. While there, Bensman saw Chechens, Somalis, Pakistanis, Uzbekistanis, and people from the Middle East. "The question to be asked is what kinds of intelligence and law enforcement interests have there been in that center?" Bensman said. "The director of that center said no one had ever once reached out to her."
