President Trump was ordered to pay more than $80 million in damages to E. Jean Carroll. CPAC Chair Matt Schlapp tells Steve Bannon that this judgement has nothing to do with any grievance. "This has to do with taking all the ready cash that Donald Trump might have and taking it away from him so that he can't continue to be a candidate for president," Schlapp said. "I believe this is a coordinated thing. Someone must be coordinating this."
