A Big Ruling Concerning Texas
Representative Andy Biggs (R-AZ) hopes to see states with "rational governors” follow Texas lead and give local police the authority to arrest suspected illegal immigrants. “This is a great ruling for the state of Texas. The question is what is the lower court going to do on the remand and on the appeal, and where does it go from there? My guess, it’ll be back in the U.S. Supreme Court,” says Rep. Biggs.
