U.S. Rep. Ralph Norman (R-SC-05) says he won't vote in favor of the bipartisan tax bill because it includes a “roadblock” that will stop the next Republican administration from deporting illegal immigrants. “It’s not the right bill and I hope we can beat it. I’m not going to support it,” says Rep. Norman.
