Former D.C. US Attorney Joe diGenova condemns the DOD’s plea deal with 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his two accomplices. DiGenova says he also doesn’t believe Joe Biden and Kamala Harris had no knowledge about the ruling: “He’s the Commander in Chief. The military works for him. I don’t understand why he didn’t know about it which means I think that that is a lie from the White House.”
