3 Weeks Out From the Election….We’re Seeing a Tale of Two Kamalas

October 15, 2024, 1:37 PM

It’s not every day you watch a politician who can barely string together a coherent sentence suddenly deliver a debate performance like she’s got all the answers in her back pocket. Oh wait, maybe she did! The more I watch the VP stumble through interview after interview lately, sounding as clueless as she has for most of her time in office as No. 2, the more convinced I am that she definitely had the questions for her debate with Trump handed to her in advance.

But don’t just take my word for it. A whistleblower, in a sworn affidavit, has alleged that ABC supplied Kamala Harris with questions prior to the September debate and accepted a series of preconditions. And why wouldn’t they? After the disastrous debate performance by Old Man Biden against the Trumpster, they certainly weren’t going to let THAT happen on their network and look like fools – not to mention, hand the election to Orange Man Bad.

However, the whole ABC spectacle was a little TOO obvious when we saw that Kamala had all of the right responses (and facial expressions) ready to go. Somehow, after 3.5 years of verbal acrobatics (or should we say word salads), we were actually supposed to believe it when Kamala pulled off a sharp, focused debate without any help, Yeah, and I’m the Queen of England.

It’s clear that Kamala and the Dems were banking on running out the clock before anyone noticed she wasn’t up to the job. But now she’s struggling to convince voters she’s competent at… well, anything. Even Bill Maher can’t hide his disappointment. Things have gotten so bad, the Obamas have been dragged in to salvage the sinking ship. Barack already fumbled by calling Black male voters sexist, and now Michelle’s hoping Earth, Wind & Fire concerts can drum up some excitement for their hopeless candidate.

A tale of two Kamalas.

But let’s be real about what’s been going on. We’ve seen two Kamalas: the one who can’t answer a softball question without meandering into bizarre analogies and repetitive phrases, and the one who knew every debate topic before it was even asked.

Kamala’s usual public speaking skills almost always involve navigating word salads so confusing that even Google Maps can’t figure them out. But at the debate she was cool, composed, and armed with sharp retorts. If the debate felt as scripted as a reality TV show, spoiler alert: it probably was. I think we can all agree that the person we saw at the debate was not the “real” Kamala Harris.

Case in point: Take a look at this recent word salad where Kamala says there is “stuff” at stake in this election. THIS is the person that Democrats want leading the country. Only they really don’t. They just don’t want Trump in the Oval Office. Anyone, and I mean ANYONE, else will be fine with them.

Kamala is not just an idiot. She’s a dangerous idiot.

Kamala’s rise to prominence (by sleeping her way into politics) has been like watching a slow-motion train wreck. On the one hand, it’s been humorous to watch as she comes off as someone completely out

of her depth – unable to handle a fluff interview without collapsing under the weight of her own vagueness. On the other hand, there’s something dangerous about someone who can’t handle public questioning unless she’s been spoon-fed the answers. If this is the woman who could be a heartbeat away from the presidency, we should all be holding our breath…and not in a good way.

3.5 years of word salads.

For nearly four years, Harris has treated us to a never-ending buffet of verbal nonsense, layering meaningless phrases with empty statements and pretending it all makes sense. Now, suddenly, we’re supposed to believe she was a debate savant against Trump. But not surprisingly, her coherence didn’t last long and she’s done a face plant in just about every interview and public appearance after that.

The difference between Kamala’s debate performance and every other public appearance since is as glaring as it is suspicious. It’s now safe to say that debate against Trump was nothing more than a staged (and free) Democratic ad. The whole thing was a scripted charade by a Democratic candidate who, in reality, doesn’t actually exist.
