Do we REALLY still need the Constitution

We are a nation born for religious freedom... and now we have NO tolerance for religious freedom. AND... William J. Federer is a best selling author dedicated to researching America's noble heritage. He joins Joe to discuss the passing of Justice Scalia and how far we have drifted from the original intent of the Constitution. History is to the nation, as memory is to an individual. We are the freest nation in history, but people just don't realize it because our history is being lost. The most common form of government historically is Kings. We are unique. True Democracy only ever worked on a small scale, city sized. A Republic works on a larger scale, where citizens send a representative to represent their views. Every colony in America was started by a different religious denomination. Religious freedom is a states' rights issue, not a federal one. The other side isn't content with coming out of the closet, they want to shove you into it.
