The EPA's Expensive New Regulation

New EPA rules would force coal-fired power plants to capture emissions or shut down. Energy consultant Dave Walsh tells @nataliegwinters that this will lead to the cessation of coal-fired electricity in the United States by 2039 completely...unless these plants adopt something called carbon capture systems. These systems cost $4 billion. But, as Walsh went on to say, they don't really work and have proven economically infeasible.
